Gašparovič, Radičová and Dzurinda commiserate Norway

President Ivan Gašparovič sent a telegraph to Norwegian King Harold V in which he expresses his condolences in the aftermath of a terrorist attack on the capital Oslo and an armed assault on Island Utöja.

Prime Minister Iveta Radičová sent a letter to the Prime Minister of Norway Jens Stoltenberg, in which Radičová expressed her sympathy on behalf of Slovakia and the Slovak people.

She also referred to the attack as an assault on the democratic values and principles that Norway represents, not only at home, but also abroad. Foreign minister Mikuláš Dzurinda commiserated with Norwegian counterpart Jonas Gahr Støre.
