Irish Chamber Family Sports Day (16 July)

The Irish Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia has organised a Family Sports Day this coming Saturday 16 July in Cunovo, just 20 km on the outskirts of Bratislava. A great day is planned for the whole family with all kinds of things going on, like Gaelic football, Bootcamp, Body&Mind session, Irish Stew, and Guinness, of course.

There will also be football matches, with the 6-12 year old children’s match taking place at 12 pm, and the annual Ireland and friends versus Poltar afterwards at 1 pm. The Daily will be trying to help get a win with the inclusion of EIC John Boyd in the team.

There will be no lack of things to do for the little ones with all day field games for children of all ages (3-legged race, beat the goalie, Puc Fadda, Wellie throwing etc.).

The sports day is open to everyone with no admission fee, but you can confirm attendance in advance to help the organisers by writing to communication@irishchamber.sk. A good fun-filled day guaranteed!
