Police set up crime watch e-mail for residents

Following recent gangland incidents in the town of Sered, the town has joined forces with the Regional Police Directorate in Trnava to set up a special e-mail service so that people can report crimes or provide information, while remaining anonymous.

This is just one of the moves aimed at combating the wave of crime in the town, launched by police chief Jaroslav Spisiak after he replaced the chiefs of the regional police department in Trnava.
