The American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) issued a statement today, 15 July, on behalf of domestic and foreign companies demanding the government hold more open and constructive dialogue with the business community.
“We hope to see open and constructive dialogue between the decision-makers and business representatives during the whole of the upcoming election period, as the future of the country relies considerably on a strong and competitive economy,” reads the statement.
The points outlined in the statement presented to the government include the requirement that further improvements in the business environment be executed through enhancement of Slovakia`s competitiveness and respect for judicial independence and law enforcement.
