This month Bratislava will be host to the biannual Expo Sciences International 2011 event (ESI), which brings together the world’s best youngest scientific minds to show off their latest abilities.
The event will take place from 18-23 July and will see some 650 top scientists under 21 years of age from 50 countries meet in the Slovak capital to show off their science and technology projects, having won their national competitions for the event.
This will be the thirteenth ESI fair, but the first time it will be held in Slovakia. Expo Science International is an international pre-college exhibition of youth scientific projects, organised every two years by MILSET. The event first took place in Quebec, Canada, back in 1987.
