A business opportunity has arisen thanks to the Ministry of Culture’s decision to lease out the manor house and grounds in Budmerice, not far from Bratislava.
The Ministry is hoping to rent the whole property out to a single tenant, meaning almost 36,000 m2 of land and premises, with a lease of up to five years. Offers should be addressed to the Ministry and be submitted in the next ten days.
At present it is used by the Literary Fund, mostly for cultural events, but the Ministry is now looking for market prices for the property, which the Literary Fund says it cannot afford. The annual price of rental is expected to be around EUR 18/m2 for the manor house and EUR 0.13/m2 for the accompanying land.
I’ll pay €18.13, inclusive of property tax, per year, provided that 50Mbps internet service is included.
