
The government has appointed Milan Vetrak as the new head of the Office of Slovaks Living Abroad, with Vetrak to occupy the post for a five-year term starting tomorrow 10 February.
He will replace Vilma Prívarova whose term in office ends today, after holding the post since January 2006.
Vetrak has a proven track record, having helped set up the General Secretariat for Slovaks abroad and the World Association of Slovaks Living Abroad (SZSZ).
