Slovakia’s national football team captain Marek Hamsik celebrated his 150th appearance in a Napoli strip against rivals Sampdoria on Sunday.
His team won the match 4-0, with Hamsik topping his anniversary by scoring a goal and assisting two more. The 23-yr old player from Banska Bystrica got a nice surprise after the match when presented with a cake with a symbolic candle to celebrate his 150th appearance.
Hamsik has eight goals to his name for his club this season, and has been a key element in securing Napoli’s second place in the Seria A league, just four points behind AC Milan.
