Telephone recordings released by Robert Fico recently by which he accuses current foreign affairs minister and SDKU head Mikulas Dzurinda of corruption has led to Dzurinda’s SDKU party filing a lawsuit

In the recordings from 11 years ago he is talking to Bratislava mayor at the time Peter Kresanek and businessman Vladimir Misikovsky. Dzurinda denies any corrupt action and says he was just trying to help out by speeding up administration.

Now SDKU plans to lodge a lawsuit against chairman of opposition Smer, Robert Fico, over the comments he made on release of the recordings as they accuse Duzrinda of being mixed up in bribery. Fico claims the tape is evidence that Dzurinda was involved in the deal.
