Slovak Telecom (T-Com) ended the first quarter with 136,000 subscribers to its Magio TV digital services, which are delivered via copper and optical networks, as well as DTH.
The Deutsche Telekom-backed telco had revenues of EUR 108.3 million for its fixed line business, which includes Magio TV, in the first quarter, which was 4% less than a year earlier.
EBITDA amounted to EUR 40.7 million and operating free cash flow EUR 16.4 million over the same period.
Total income in Q1 amounted to EUR 213.7 million (-7% year-on-year), EBITDA EUR 94 million and operating fee cash flow EUR 48 million.
T-Com’s DTH service Magio Sat was launched in January 2010 and is currently one of five DTH platforms operating in the country.
