Vitek’s CPI Acquires Lozorno Industrial Park

The company Czech Property Investments (CPI) is taking a stronger interest in the field of logistics services and so has acquired the key industrial park in the village of Lozorno on the outskirts of Bratislava.

It acquired the park in Lozorno, one of the biggest in Slovakia, from the company AIRE GmbH & Co., reports news website webnoviny.sk, with the proceeds of the sale after costs amassing to EUR 16.5 million.

To date the CPI group has concentrated more on residential, retail, recreational and office premises. The company, owned by Czech entrepreneur Radovan Vitek, boasted assets of around CZK 40 billion last year. Vitek is associated with the Tipos affair, as his Cyprus-based company Lemikon bought over a claim by which it is trying to sue the state-owned lottery for millions over copyright and know-how infringement.
